Assistant Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

  • Support Relationship Manager in performing various client transactions and delivering high quality customer services to high-net-worth clients
  • Act as the assistant of Relationship Manager by providing support in the areas of client relationship management, account opening, processing client transaction orders and post-sales follow-up, providing clerical and back-office support
  • Handle incoming calls and respond to client enquiries on behalf of the Relationship Manager as required
  • Visit clients as required, follow up with clients on trade instructions and filing of paperwork to develop relationships with clients
  • Assist the Relationship Manager with client portfolio analysis and regular review of investment management reports

 

Requirements

  • College degree or above, must have SFC 4,9 licensed representative qualification
  • At least 3 years’ experience in banking and customer service (Experience in handling customer transaction orders is a must)
  • Familiar with investment products, banking operations and procedures is definitely an advantage
  • Pleasant and outgoing personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese

Senior Investment Analyst

Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct research and analysis on U.S. listed stocks to identify and recommend potential stock investment ideas, by focusing on companies that are leaders, enablers or beneficiaries of disruptive innovation, such as electric & new energy vehicles, artificial intelligence, big data, semiconductor, and energy storage, etc.
  • Closely monitor the macro-economic situations and industry trends for covered sectors/companies; prepare industry reports, company updates, and investment memos.
  • Participate in earnings calls and investor conferences; formulate earnings forecast and valuation judgement for targeted companies.
  • Select external fund managers and monitor their performance and investment philosophy; then provide investment ideas to PM and Senior Management.
  • Assist in portfolio management and other various thematic research.

 

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years solid experiences in equity research and/or portfolio management, ideally covering stocks in high-tech and innovation sectors; candidates with experience with top investment banks or asset management firms are preferred.
  • Innovative mindset, logical thinking, with strong team spirit, excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Good knowledge of finance and data analysis ability, familiar with Bloomberg and other related financial platforms.
  • Economics, finance, financial engineering or computer sciences and other related background.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal.

Portfolio Manager

We're hiring a few portfolio managers to independently manage our proprietary accounts, which consists of a few separate portfolios, including equities, fixed income, forex, commodity, and futures, etc. Experienced PMs with solid track records are welcome to apply.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Independently managing discretionary mandates, which could be equities / fixed income / forex / commodity / futures
  • Be responsible for risk management, P&L monitoring, performance attribution, and scenario analysis of portfolio holding; update portfolio performance and investment strategies to investors and senior management
  • Proactively and effectively participating in investment meetings with existing clients and prospects
  • Implementing portfolio strategy, risk monitoring and mandate compliance

 

Qualifications:

  • Strong academic background in finance / investment / economics
  • At least 6 years relevant experience as a portfolio manager/trader
  • Solid track record of successful investment in equities / fixed income / forex / commodity / futures is a must

Investment Director (EAM)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for making investment decisions and risk management for company's EAM team, investment products including but not limited to stocks, funds, fixed income, structured products, etc.
  • Maintain close cooperation with external asset management (EAM) private banking partners, provide EAM clients with asset allocation and investment advice, risk management, and mandate compliance
  • Lead EAM team to develop and implement wealth management strategies, to strengthen existing client relationships, and expanding company AUM
  • Work closely with relationship managers to deliver investment ideas and update investment strategies to current and potential clients regularly
  • Create appropriate marketing strategies to generate revenue growth and help to acquire new customers
  • Coordinate with internal investment departments to update company investment products, assist the Management in formulating the company's business strategy

 

Qualifications:

  • Strong academic background in finance, economics, or investment
  • Familiar with EAM services, solid knowledge of private banking investment and wealth management products, highly experienced in investment and wealth management for HNWI or UHNWI
  • Must have a solid track record of successful investment management or investment decision-making experience (5+ years)
  • Good communication and coordination ability, detail-oriented, good team spirit, multitasking, able to work independently
  • Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin is a must), and English, both written and spoken
  • SFC RO license (Type 4 & 9) is a plus
Senior Relationship Manager

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Responsible for developing business plans, defining investment strategies, taking the lead in active management of HNW/UHNW clients
  • Proactively develop comprehensive asset investment strategies for clients to maximize client assets and the firm's AUM
  • Taking the lead in leveraging Company’s resources to provide comprehensive and personalized wealth management solutions and diversified strategies to meet the demands of clients
  • Working closely with our EAM private bank partners and wealth management firms to provide clients with professional global diversified asset allocation strategies and global wealth management services
  • Create sales and marketing strategies designed to generate revenue growth and to develop new clients
  • Collaborate with other business partners and product/service team to ensure the delivery of the updated business strategy which shall be appropriately aligned with client objectives and goals


Qualifications

 

  • At least 8 years of experience in relationship management within the private banking and wealth management sector
  • Established client base with existing transferrable AUM is a must
  • Strong acquisition and selling skills and have outstanding relationship building capabilities and on-boarding new clients
  • Solid track record in asset development, asset growth and revenue generation
  • Strong client service and problem-solving mentality.
